Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Flowly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users on both the free and Premium plans.

Flowly is a period and mood tracking application that helps users monitor their menstrual cycle, predict upcoming periods and fertile windows, log mood and wellness data, and view insights about their health patterns.

Flowly offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription with advanced features including detailed insights, cycle phase analysis, and AI-powered recommendations.

Flowly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Cycle predictions are estimates based on your logged data and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on Flowly as a form of contraception. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns, including reproductive health, fertility, and family planning.

The fertility window and ovulation predictions provided by Flowly are for informational purposes only and have a margin of error. They should not be used to prevent or plan pregnancy without guidance from a healthcare provider.

You may use Flowly without an account (offline mode). Creating an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In enables cloud sync and cross-device access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at ritulportpro@gmail.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Flowly.

Flowly Premium is offered as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Payment is processed through Stripe (iOS/Android) or Google Play Billing (Android) depending on your platform.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Prices are subject to change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Free trials (where offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

If you have previously purchased Flowly Premium and reinstalled the app, you can restore your subscription from Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. Restoration requires signing in with the same account used for the original purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Share, resell, or transfer your Premium subscription to other users.

All content within the App — including design, graphics, text, algorithms, and branding — is the intellectual property of Flowly and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You retain ownership of the personal data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features.

Your use of Flowly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flowly and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Medical decisions made based on cycle predictions or insights provided by the App.
• Temporary unavailability or errors in the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cycle predictions will be accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
