Welcome to Flowly ("we", "our", or "us"). Flowly is a period and mood tracking application designed to help you understand your body and cycle.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Flowly, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features:

• Account information — name, email address, and profile photo provided when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Cycle & health data — period start dates, cycle length, period duration, and any symptoms you log.
• Mood & wellness logs — mood entries, energy levels, and notes you record.
• App preferences — notification settings, theme preference, and onboarding selections (goals, name).
• Usage data — anonymised crash reports and performance diagnostics via Firebase.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or browsing history.

Your cycle and mood data is stored locally on your device using Android/iOS secure storage. It is not uploaded to our servers.

Authentication data (name, email, profile photo) is stored in Google Firebase when you sign in. Firebase complies with GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001.

• To calculate and display cycle predictions, ovulation, and fertile windows.
• To provide mood trends, insights, and wellness analysis.
• To send period and mood reminder notifications you opt into.
• To improve the app using anonymised, aggregated analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Flowly uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
• Google Sign-In — optional account authentication. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple Sign-In — optional account authentication (iOS only). Apple Privacy Policy

Flowly may send local push notifications for period reminders, mood log reminders, and fertile window alerts. You can enable or disable these at any time from the app Settings or your device's notification settings. We do not use notifications for marketing without your explicit consent.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Locally stored data (offline mode) can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

Flowly is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request removal of your personal data.
• Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain types of data processing.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Security Rules, and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you via in-app notification for material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
